Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all included accessories.
Items marked as final sale or custom orders are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need a different item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This allows for faster processing.
Certain items, such as customized products, digital downloads, and perishable goods, cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
